My smug success of yesterday's single shot was well and truely smashed today. I took about thirty useless photos of a tree stump, and this one:

Catching up again...

Two taken within a few hours of each other, a sunset and a night shot. Gotta love some noctilucent clouds :)

I also like that candlelit portrait, must try that sometime I've a willing model.

And Clockity - good work on getting a black and yellow striped insect on a flower, that isn't a bee :)

Early morning here, far easier to work with and you get the rest of the day worry free ( :suspect: )

I like the logic in early morning photos Boink, it does seem better to have one in the bag rather than relying on a sunset etc... I did feel relaxed and free the rest of the day with last week's lightning early morning shot.

On to today's evening shot:

Well, my short run of early photography finished with me oversleeping this morning and stumbling around like a bear with a sore head... May have to wait until later today when the temperatures cool down to photograph something.

edit went out anyway over, to my Mum's allotment, and was trying some macro photography in a polytunnel. The irony wasn't wasted on me.

Thanks guys :) Am a big fan of Noctilucent clouds :D Clockity - that clifftop sunset is lush - and I love those onions (which is ironic, cos I'm not a fan of them in my food)

Playing catchup with posting, so forgive 3 shots in one post!

The lighthouse shot is fantastic, how did you get such an elevated viewpoint?
