I wonder how long until they're around the £100 mark. 2Tb seems like £100 isn't far away.

Slightly off-topic, but if a large capacity SSD fails, how easy is it to recover your data? With a traditional spinner it's not exactly straightforward, but entirely feasible, but with an SSD?

If it fails completely then I suspect that's that unfortunately unless you've got £100s or ponentially £1000s to send it off to a data recovery place like you can do with a traditional spinning disk.
