And why are the poor clubs, in England, happy to play with 5 subs in the League and FA Cup ?

No "they" don't, at least not in this sort of context, but that's neither here nor there

Personally don't see it as being a dig at Klopp per se but a more general dig at the club as a whole. Very similar to the lack of demands to "null and void" this time round despite the number of Covid cases being a lot higher and the integrity of the competition being way more compromised than 2 years ago

Because it was new and unprecedented 2 years ago, now its just more of the same drawn out covid shite, so let's just get on with it
