Yeah that was a lot of fun seeing him driving through the field like that.

One thing that is good about the sprints is everyone starting on a low fuel load and fresh tyres so they can push more, and as there's no tyre stops a lot of them are pushing at the same time.

(I'm still against refuelling returning because teams favoured overtaking via pit strategy when we had it.)

The Verstappen onboard has been released and while he doesn’t release wheel lock he clearly doesn’t turn enough

Another time when we have to wait overnight to hear about the penalties! Bottas and Sainz have now been summoned as well.

So finally we have a decision: Verstappen gets a five place penalty, Bottas gets a three place penalty, and no further action for Sainz.

Yeah well that happened, just for the record I will state, lap one yes Lewis should’ve stayed ahead but he did get too much of a margin.

As for the final lap they clearly just built those rules on the fly for the drama.

What I find funny is the number of Hamilton fans who are outraged at the result whilst, at the same time, completely forgetting how it arguably only came down to the last race because of FIA/steward/RD decisions at/post Silverstone & Monza which resulted in a 32 point swing in Hamilton's favour
