"Thanks" button

Hi,

Would it be possible to have the "Thanks" button please, it is very handy and cuts down on lots of one or two word posts.

Still getting my head round the changes.
Do the boards look more old-fashioned now, or is it just me ?
I'd also prefer the avatars to be on the left hand side like before, as it makes more sense like that (reading left-to-right).
