I haven't seen the episode yet, but it has caused the third party seller on Amazon that was selling copies at almost double the regular price to sell out. I've been checking almost daily and I was almost tempted to just pay it but resisted in the end. £38+ for a £22 that should be getting a reprint soon? No thanks.

Good job I held off too. I've just had an email from BoardGameGuru to say they are getting new stock on in the 10th February. £26.29 delivered.

No worries. My wife won't believe it when yet another board game arrives. Oops.

Looks like a decent game. But says it plays best with 5? I'm itching for another board game but so hard getting enough people together that actually want to play

Can't find San Juan anywhere, and need something 2/3 player that's good fun and a bit tactical.

San Juan has just had a reprint in the US so will hopefully hit the UK soon.

Great news. Superb game for such a small footprint.

Did your copy arrive today? I had a dispatch notice email yesterday and missed a parcel today so I'm assuming that was it. If so, roll on after work tomorrow so I can get to the post office depot to pick it up. Really looking forward to this hitting the table.

Shut Up & Sit Down have reviewed San Juan, nicely timed with that reprint - http://www.shutupandsitdown.com/blog/post/review-san-juan :)

Looks good, let's keep an eye out for a good price on it.

Mine too. Not too impressed with one of the bags though. The popper is *really* stiff and it will rip before long it I use it so it looks like I'll be playing Tabletop style. I was expecting the bags themselves to be made of some more kind of durable plastic too. I haven't used them yet, but I can imagine having to watch people don't get too excited and end up bending the cards when opening them.

San Juan is a super game. Worth getting the iOS version also.

There's an Android clone called Condado which I've been playing this morning - think I'll like the full game judging by the app :)

The iOS version is really well done as well. Just a shame it doesn't have asynchronous play.

So, did you go for it then?

Have you played it yet? It has already become one of our all-time favourite bluffing games. The only let down is the chore of end of game scoring. As I mentioned in the what you've been playing thread, I can't recommend the iPhone scoring app enough to help with this.

I didn't in the end. Looks fun though, I might look out for it in the future.
