If you're talking about a potential romance, it was pretty well signposted from S1 IMO.

No.
[SHOW]
In terms of the football. They will obviously get to the final of the FA Cup this season. Not sure they'll go with Rocky 2 there. They are in the relegation battle zone, so can't see them being promoted. So, maybe an FA cup final loss, close to promotion. Then next season, promoted, then Ted leaves having done all he can, Roy becomes manager

Great episode again. A narrative one not a set piece one.

Just in case you didn't know by now, this keeps on being amazing  I'd watch a show that was just Roy and Phoebe.

Possible that we may now have met Roy's sister. Though she didn't seem to recognise Ted, which you'd assume she would. But then, Roy's sister does seem to be VERY busy!

Tomorrow's is a bottle episode.

So, Apple ordered 10, then upped it to 12 during filming etc.

As you can imagine, you can't rework what you've done, so, bottle episodes.

We didn't really know which they were, we do now. One was the Xmas episode (which pretty much confirms why there is no plot development in it). Tomorrow is the second, Beard centric (and the boys from the pub) but no idea how many (if any) of the rest of the cast.

Crikey, that was good, better than I expected it to be. Not just filler. It works. We all find our redemption in different ways.

Tip, Beard After Hours, might be worth a rewatch of After Hours first........

Luckily I watched After Hours not so long back.
[SHOW]
Coach Beard dancing in those trousers, with that hoop, to that music (which I had to look up) is etched on my brain, and I suspect that after a few viewings - which I know it will get - it may end up as one my favourite scenes in, well, anything.

Honestly thought it was a poor episode, perhaps the worst of the entire run. Kept hoping it would pick up, but it never really did. Disappointing.

That bit almost topped She's a Rainbow for me. It might even do so. I keep adding songs to my playlists after featuring on the show. So many dance tracks but somehow they just choose the right song every time.

The DP is going to win an Emmy next year for this episode, without a doubt.

That was my post above, weirdly.

Spoiler for next episode "No weddings and a funeral"
[SHOW]
The death isn't Rebecca's mum, could it be her dad? See her interview on Jimmy Kimmel where they trailed a church scene

I didn’t get on with the last episode initially but it’s growing on me.

Sort of spoiler warning
[SHOW]
Really, do you want to read the next spoiler? It's not a massive one, but, you have been warned!
I did ask you above so.....
[SHOW]
Have a look at the Ted Lasso Season 2 Song playlist and music playlist on Apple music, gives you a fair idea of what to expect. The track 1991 is clearly about Ted's dad (Ted same age as Jason and would be 16 in 1991). There is a very triumphant football is mostly life that seems to coincide with Don't bring me down so, hopefully, a happy ending to the season

I've never watched After Hours. I take it I should?
