The effort these players are putting in for Kenny is astonishing...some of them were out on their feet but we still had enough left to shrug off undeservedly conceding so late in the game to come back and force an equaliser.Kuyt should stay as our regular penalty taker even when Gerrard returns...don't think he's ever missed for us.

^ Indeed. Nice to see Kenny trying the youngsters rather than say putting Carra to full back.

Just bloody sign the man up Henry.

How good were those two youngsters at full-back if they kick on they'll save us a fortune in the transfer market.

rustybin is just acting up because he is still upset shrek got banned. It wasn't even the same ballpark, they are not comparable. If you get offended by someone being told to wee-off then you need a look in the mirror.

Didn't expect that finish. I just hope we don't have many more long term injuries TBH...

Why am I being singled out?

It's the poor children who had to witness such an obscene act of bad sportmanship from two men who should know better I feel sorry for.

It'd been over an hour and I'm still distressed by the whole episode.

Think about the poor kids in Toxteth who idolise Kenny and have probably never heard such bad language before.

No-one wants that but to look on the positive side the injuries are giving these youngsters a chance and they taking it with both hands...look at Spearing today...cracking performance from a player i've never thought was good enough for us.he's proving me wrong the last few weeks.

Kenny has clearly been influenced by the behavior of that lout Rooney. The King has never uttered such language in public before.

Cracking performance today, I just wish I could see in Shelvey what others do. Another game where he comes on, shouts and fouls a bit. Nothing really creative.

Bottle of champers to Spearing and Lucas, qwality performance by them both. Shame Raul couldn't get into the game properly and Luis struggled despite trying his hardest.

I thought Suarez's work rate and movement today were outstanding TBH - compared to a certain ex-forward of ours, he led the line fantastically at times in the second half once Carroll suffered that jarred knee.

Just when I thought football had no suprises left for me we get a finale like that. Deserved a point, and I'm pleased for Spearing that he didn't cost us the game. Has Kuyt ever missed a pen for us? None of us can think of one...

Good result. Stupid of Eboue at the end though, pretty much thrown their title chance away with that one daft act.

Considering Arsenal had to win, I felt the game was played at a pace that was similar to Ray Wilkins' commentry!

Not quite sure what game Wenger was watching as I thought we limited their chances and a good few ourselves. Poor show at the end as well, good on KK for tell him to **** off, miserable old sod.

Since Jack Robinson came on I've had an old acid house from the late 80's early 90's going through my head, just can't get it out.... Jack Robinson, Jack Robinson, Jack-J-Jack-J-Jack Robinson! Must track it down!

Fair do's to the Sky sports cameras, always in the right place at the right time.

Just a shame he couldn't hit a barn door with a banjo (today).

Well played LFC a good result to cap off an emotional week. P.s. always enjoy seeing Wenger lose the plot.

I agree. The other aspect of Suarez that I was disappointed by when it was highlighted ysterday was lack of pace (i don't mean fast turns I mean running with the ball).
There was an occasion when he was put through on the half way line and there was just 1 defender level with him (admittedly 3 running up behind) and he didn't just get his head down and leg it to try a solo (and lost the ball).

Rumours that his international strike partner is available at Ł9M - would be worth a punt at that price surely?
