90210 Season One: 9021-Blows!
A truly gag-worthy tag line for the new
90210 .
Alcoholic Gran. check!
Desperate "as cool as her children" Milf. check!
Principal Dilf. check!
Plenty of slutty teens. check! check! check!
Token black guy. check!
Sounds like um, a winner... or erm, not!
Could be up there with
TheOC - season 1 greatness or as cheesetastic and preachy as the original
Beverly Hills, 90210 .

Hmm, tags are back?
I see Lauri Loughlin (sp?) as a "mom", did anyone see her as the fashion designer/mum in "Summerland"?
Even though I think I liked 90210 I really can't remember anything that happened.

Jennie Garth is back as Kelly Taylor (in a recurring role) now the West Beverly High School guidance counsellor! Tori Spelling is desperate for a return too apparently (as a stable hand no doubt).

She has. She was on another comedy there lately. Bad show but she still looks good.

I'm surprised that a certain huge Wire fan hasn't noticed something yet!

He's gotta eat and pay the rent! Plus in his own words
"the thing that attracted me most to (the character of) 'Dixon' was probably how he adapts to Beverly Hills!" That's like deep and complex man!

I don't know, Beverly Hills seems a lot nicer than West Baltimore. You only have to check out the difference in eye candy!
The Milf might make at least the pilot of this worth watching.

You mean the grandma at the end...
I'll give this a watch, but I doubt it recaptures the magic. I'm not seeing any Shannon Dohertys or Luke Perrys among this lot. These teen shows are all the same now, but the original 90210 had an identity which wasn't all just a soap, well at least until the 5th season anyway.
