Beware that hardcore is still populated by very low-skill players who think the only way to play is to camp in corners or lie down in shadows overlooking a single doorway.

Major update to the game today. They've fired Condrey (ok, moved him out of the way to a new role at Activision) and a week later they've done something he said was never gonna happen - they've buffed sprintout/ADS times to bring them back in line with previous CODs. Should bring a bit more movement to the game now and stop all those corner camping thumbless dimwits.

They need a shrinking map circle to push the campers out of their corners.

Am still playing it but only play HC KC. HC TDM is just full of campers, KC has them as well but unless they collect the TAGS they can be easy to find.

Tried a few different modes in normal mode but too many quick scopers, so didn't bother trying again.

Still struggling with the whole interface when not in a game, no idea why they have made it so complicated.

Massive update yesterday, looks like it will make it much better but not had a proper look yet.

It's all class changes, silencers on more weapons and it's now a attachment etc... don't think you can get tired anymore, so can run continually. Hopefully can now have a proper fully silenced class :-)

Think they are trying to make it more flowing rather than camping paradise.

yes you can go fully silenced - just need to level up your SMGs to the new max level (they're all +1 from where they were before) to unlock the suppressor attachment
and go for Mountain and stay off the map forever

Airborne gets "fire while diving/sprinting" and "reload while sprinting" now so no need to run Gunslinger with it. Add 3 weapon attachments by default and the ability to run a piece of lethal and a piece of tactical. Couple that with Forage which resupplies bullets over time as well as from slain enemies and that's run n' gunning sorted too

LMG with Infantry & Forage is unlimited bullets without reloading if you use the bipod.

Infantry gives you more bullets to start with and Forage resupplies over time. Using the bipod takes from your bullet supply and not from your magazine!

Lots of options now Played last night for a solid 3 hours which is the longest I've put in since probably a week after it came out.

Definitely going back to its roots - an arcade "twitch" shooter, just the way I like it. Was hitting regular Merciless (10) Killer and even a Ruthless (15) Killer medal last just rushing everywhere. Only problem with the faster gameplay is I seem to get kicked more often for team killing now

This is the worst MP Call of Duty game I've played. Single player is decent though.

Must have skipped Infinite Warfare then! For me that took the COD series to an all time low

I completely forgot I'd played it. I think it's on par with this.

I'm hoping Black Ops 4 is alright as I'm missing some online shooter action.

I really liked Infinite Warfare, it's all been downhill since then.

edit: no, wait! I mean Advanced Warfare, I liked that one.

You'd be surprised how much fun pilfering through houses can be.

Never know what you might find.
