Pioneer Kuro 428Xd HDMI Not working

My 42" Kuro's HDMI ports have all stopped working. Component and freeview are fine. Not checked S-video or Scart (remember those?), or tried new cables yet. Is this a common issue on these TVs and is it repairable and are spare parts available? I was experiencing drops outs of picture and sound inteminetly prior to the ports stopping working and suspect that they are linked.

Update: Scart working fine and have tried a different HDMI cable so conclude the HDMI circuits are at fault.
