Books on '80s movies / filmmaking?

There are loads of books about filmmaking in the 1970s & the 'movie brats' (Easy Riders, Raging Bulls etc), but can anyone recommend any books on the following decade?

I loved High Concept, the Don Simpson book. Anything similar come to mind?

How about Peter Biskind's follow up to Easy Riders, Down and Dirty Pictures: Miramax, Sundance and the Rise of Independent Film, which follows the rise of the Indie from the 80's onwards.

Further more, I've seen copies of the hardback in poundland!

If Chins Could Kill by Bruce Campbell is a good insight to making low budget 80s films and a damn fine read too.
