My pace has terrible sound sync. I have played with the ms delay for the optical out but it is still not perfect (better though)

Any news on any upcoming HD channels? Chan 5 is one that springs to mind (preferably along with the other 5 related channels) and maybe Film4 HD.

Nope, no sign of that happening, but not too fussed as only Pushing Dasies that I watch on ITV and that finishes this season

itv hd is that not only available on freesat through the red button

I noticed that when watching Trading Places (Jamie lee in HD

) the other Day, just as well then it'll be replaced within 3mths.

It was something I recorded, don't know if that as anything to do with it.

Just received a promo letter about the new HD EPG "coming soon". At long last it must be if they are sending letters out about it. Been wanting this more than the HD picture.

Got this this morning too - it says "a couple of days" I am getting my sky box installed at my parents on Monday (they were originally told they couldn't have it, but the landlord relented) as I am still having to pay for it even though I can't use.

My guess is Tuesday for the upgrade, so I'll have to teach them how to use the original software on monday and then the upgraded one on Tuesday

Apparently 35,000 Thomson boxes are getting it this Tuesday. Only HD boxes at the moment, no date for +boxes.

From what I've told this is purely an HD upgrade and it'll never be on current SD boxes.

It's here! I just heard my HD's drive spin up and then about 5 mind of very active writting took place. I waited for it to calm down (dear) and switched on and there it is.

You have turn the "Highlight HD programmes" on and even then it only works if you move into the guide itself, I hoped it would display on the banner. To turn it on go to "options" and then "customize".
