This will sell out my friend at the rrp
Yes I agree it will sell out. I mean realistic compared to the PowerplayDirect farce and the £30 preorder price which that site that can't be mentioned on here was still taking orders at last week. Realistic in that it might actually come to fruition.

OK, I must have missed Play's window of opportunity for preorders; I've only ever seen them say "sign up to be notified" much the same as Amazon (I'm aware that some people did get cheap preorders in with Amazon months and months ago).

I do wonder if Amazon's delay in taking preorders (other than the really early ones a long time ago) is because they know it's going to sell out and be impossible to get, and so just can't be bothered with it, and are just going to let all the other retailers take the bulk of the hassle due to missed preorders when Nintendo inevitably ship insufficient units in. It's a funny one because while it's undoubtedly hotly anticipated amongst the Wii community, it's not quite as hot as a Harry Potter book or new console that might get them mentioned on the News At Ten etc.

£57 pre-order at Smiths, excellent news. May not have to wait 4 years after all. If they sell it at that price instore the Mrs staff 12.5% discount will come in most handy (assuming it applies to games).

Mine too. No reason given. Losers.

Why oh why is buying almost anything to do with the Wii such a hassle?

I got a reason, same as Powerplay

Dear Customer
Ref: Wii Fit
I am very sorry to inform you that, due to unprecedented demand, our suppliers have been advised today by Nintendo that they will not be able to supply the above mentioned product. I have therefore cancelled your order for this item and can confirm that your card has not been charged.
Please accept my apologies for not letting you know of this problem sooner and for any inconvenience this has caused.

I know, I first watched it months back, but with the UK release less than two weeks away I thought it was a good time to remind everyone about it.
