HDMI Splitter 2 Way (Advice)

Hi, was hoping someone is to guide me to HDMI Splitter (2 Way) my current TV has 3 HDMI ports and 3 off them are in use (Sky, PS4 and Google Chromecast) and with a recent purchase i require another slot for the HMDI (Amazon fire stick 4k).

i was advised on HDMI Splitter. So i have 2 questions ...

1. By using a HDMI Splitter would that degrade the picture quality

2. Any recommendations on which one(s) to purchase? i've looked online mainly amazon and there are a few but unsure which one would provide me with the best quality

Thanks

I use and unpowered auto switching one like this

Betron HDMI Switch, Switcher 3 Port, Gold Connectors, 3D support (HDMI Switch)

As long as the cable runs are not long and you use good quality cables you shouldn't notice any difference.

HDMI is digital so it's impossible for anything in the path to make the picture softer, more washed out etc. Any degradation caused by a long cable or losses in the switch would show up as pictures sparkles or picture breakup. Plug the 4K source straight into the TV to minimise the chance of any problems.

I've used a Kinovo 5 port splitter for about 5 years without a problem, I've just updated it to the Kinovo 4k 5 port version (works out a pound more if you use the voucher on the page) as I bought a 4k TV and found my PC wouldn't display at 4k through the old old.

Both have worked really well, they have their own little remotes but IIRC will autoswitch when a connected device powers on.
