Given

Seems a little churlish to sulk about it.

De Gea is young - get it right, and Utd have their first choice keeper sorted for the next 15 years. They won't have spent Ł18 million on a duffer, they'll have done their homeworkk. He's proved himself at athletico, moving to Manchester hasn't suddenly made him a rubbish keeper.

Given's not good enough for City, therefore he's not good enough for United.

Great keeper and would have done a great job for Manchester United for a couple of seasons why the young lad found his feet and took the pressure of him. United is a funny place for keepers and it takes a certain type of character to blossom.

City were just lucky to have 2 fantastic keepers at the same time. Hart was younger but there was not a great deal to choose between them on their day

Why would De Gea move to United as a number 2? He was number 1 at 18 at Ath Madrid.

United are 10 times the club of Ath Madrid.

Platty United will finish way above Villa they are a far better team, that is a bit of a silly statement. I rate Given, someone asked a question and I offered 1 of many answers

As Fergie says Schmeichel didn't start off too well either, I was at the game at OT v Leeds and he waved at a cross that Chapman headed in.

Well we will see what happens, he looks really poor from where I'm sat and very easily overpowered when it matters. Three or four times today he lost the ball where it should have been a dead cert. Knocked over twice and then remained down for quite some time. As we know, Fergie will have any keeper on the bench if they show silly mistakes like we saw today.

I have no idea whatsoever and hope I don't have to find out (ie Hart remains injury free) it's a loan deal for a year I Think.

The new guy at United will have some big boots to fill and will need the fans not getting on his back
