A clever and intelligent medical horror thriller directed by Michael Crichton. The film is excellent with OK audio and visual qualities, let down by a lack of extras....

I just momentarily ordered COMA (1978)

I like the chilling spine tingling feel this thriller gives off noticeably with the Jerry Goldsmith score and the hit-man chasing Dr. Susan Wheeler (Genevieve Bujold) into freezer full of, yeah it gives me the creeps. LOL

Also I noticed it’s a region 1 (RCE DVD) I’ve checked with another site that lists players that will have no issues and hopeful the Pioneer DV-515 won’t have any playing issues when it arrives in some 14 days or less.

COMA Turned up this morning.

Coma is an intelligent classy thriller
No issues with (RCE) plays fine on my Pioneer DV-515

Colour balance is spot on for this region1DVD 10/10
Mono sound mix 10/10

Mono soundtrack is Dolby 1.0 encoded so that all the sound is centred to the centre channel
