Question Audiophile Candy

Anyone ever used them before?

There are a couple of items on there I'm interested in but it all looks a bit dodgy to me

Private sellers, mobile numbers etc.

Anyone ever used them before?

I would register but none of the registration links seem to work... which worries me a bit

Again: why, if all the alarm bells in God's kingdom are going off in your head, would you consider buying from them? Are they the ONLY suppliers or are you trying to save 18p?

Because it is 300 quid I would be saving, not 18p

Lots of other people seem to have used them with no problem, I have never used them and was wondering if anyone has here

The seller lives close enough to pay him a visit if things go tits up.

Hell, I went down to Wakefield to get some DVDs back once and watch this knobs dad kick his head in when he realised why I was at his door

I've used the classifieds of hififorsale / audiophile candy couple of times. It has the same risk of dealing with new members here.

But many of the traders there are known faces of DVDF / AVF etc

I guess it all boils down to if the seller is trustworthy or not.

In this case he was. Shame he changed his mind about the sale (because he found it difficult to justify the planned upgrade he intended to make).

Back to the drawing board...
