New "Supernatural" starts tomorrow (Sunday)

Just checked the TV listings and noticed that the 3rd season of Supernatural starts tomorrow (Sunday) and 21.15 on ITV2.

This came as a bit of surprise and I'm glad I checked the TV listings because I've not seen this being advertised. But then I only ever watch ITV for Harry Hills TV Burp anyway - and now Supernatural!

Thought I would reply to this thread, as the other have spoilers in from people watching the US broadcast!

So good to have this back on our screens...felt this episode was a tad weak sadly...I guess it was more to do with setting the scene for the forthcoming series...

My favourite TV show by far...

Very, very good season opener. Nice and dark. Last person I expected to see in S3 was the girl from C4's As If, she must have a good agent!

They'll have to stop with the 'Dean's death wish' fairly soon though that will get old real fast.

She also turned up in the cinematic epic Aeon Flux, so her agent's not that good.

Hope she's not going to be a regular character. Takes something to pull off a strong English accent in a US show, & she hasn't got it.

Still, good to have the boys & their fabulous record collection back

AC-DC over the summary was genius!

And who was the uber-Buffy with anti-demon knives? She could make the demon war go a lot easier.

'The boys are alright' was another excellent ep. It was really quite touching how much Dean wanted Ben to be his son.

Was Ben's mum offering him a quickie or was she suggesting she might like him to stick around long term? That would then mean Dean was either walking away because he had too much respect for her after seeing her as a mum or that he realised he still had too much fighting to do to settle down and enjoy his final 12 months. Either way it was very poignant, the writing has really stepped up a gear so far.

One downside was the rather weak Sam bookend scenes about his mum's friends dying and uber-Buffy being a demon.
