Very disappointed to see confirmation that "Eyes" has been canned, and also "Jack & Bobby" & "Blind Justice" have been cancelled too.... and to top it off, they've given the awful "Charmed" another season ..... Sheeeeeesh!

Gutted Third Watch has gone, admitedly the last series wasn't as good as previous series but it did have something about it when they included the other emergency services. Also a shame to see Blind Justice isn't getting renewed as I was getting quite in to that, at least they're going to be showing the last couple of episodes so I'll get a couple more hits in.

Two of NBC's new shows have caught my eye already

E-Ring -- Executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer ("CSI" franchise), Oscar-nominated director/producer Taylor Hackford (Ray) and stars Benjamin Bratt (Traffic, Law & Order) and Dennis Hopper (Easy Rider, Speed) join forces in this pulsating drama set inside the nation's ultimate fortress: the Pentagon. It's a hub of highly explosive conflicts between American military heroes and the civilians to whom they report -- a world where crises can escalate into life-and-death climaxes, for individuals or entire nations. Viewers witness critical decisions by intelligence officers in the war room and the execution of these decisions by covert special ops on the battlefield. The number-one mission is survival of the state - an often-delicate balance between protecting the homeland and protecting either all of mankind or the life of a lone soldier. Jerry Bruckheimer Television in association with Warner Bros. Television produces E-Ring. Thirty-time Emmy nominee Bruckheimer serves as executive producer along with Jonathan Littman (The Amazing Race, CSI: NY) and David McKenna (S.W.A.T., Blow). McKenna also wrote the pilot, which was directed by Hackford.

Fathom -- Ever wonder what life would be like if a new form of sea life began to appear in locales all over the earth? In this expansive drama, those who are about to find out include some naval officers in the South Antarctic Sea, a family in San Diego, scientists from the Oceanographic Institute in Monterey, and fishermen in the Gulf of Mexico. The seemingly innocent creatures they find are beautiful and kids may even want to play with them -- but is there something more to them? One thing's for sure - they're full of surprises as viewers can embark on this unfathomable journey to discover what might be lurking in the sea. Lake Bell (Boston Legal) stars as Daughtery Carstarphen, along with Jay R. Ferguson (Judging Amy) as Richard Owen, Rade Serbedzija (Snatch) as Dr. Aleksander Cirko, and Carter Jenkins (CSI: NY) as Miles. Fathom is from NBC Universal Television Studio and was created by Josh and Jonas Pate (Dragnet), who also serve as executive producers.

There's not really much that I've watched among the cancellations, besides the Green Screen Show - which was kinda disappointing compared to Whose Line Is It Anyway. It's a shame it didn't get a chance to improve, and I don't think they even showed that many of the first seasons episodes, but I'm not too disappointed by the cancellation really.

By far the best news though is that Arrested Development is getting at least one more season

From what Ive seen of Blind Justice I didnt think it would survive for another series from what Ive seen.It is also up against L&O:SVU as well which is abiggy to go up against.3rd watch I knew about-It the 6th series of 3rd Watch had been like 6x22 then maybe it still would be with us but hey its gone.I think 3rd watch is more cancelled because of the cast than reduced viewing figures as it is on the Friday nobody watches timeslot.

Maybe this explains Law & Order -Trial by Jury as Im surprised that has gone and was getting into it.

I suppose with 3rd Watch it gives them a chance to cross over with another NBC TV Show with one or maybe more of the cast anyway.

I think they are flogging 24 abit too much now. When you look at what Fox has though then the only one's I might watch were Simpson's and 24.Dont bother with simpsons these days so the only biggie is 24 so that is why they keep bringing it back. They need another biggie before retiring 24.

Formulaic though 24 has become, it's still a fantastic watch and I reckon it could go on for a whole lot longer.

I dunno, I've been thoroughly underwhelmed by the latest season of 24 and at the moment I'm wishing that they'd left it at just the three so I hope they can improve things if there's going to be another run.

Shame Jack & Bobby did not survive, but I certainly got the impression from the last episode of the season that they were tying up nearly all of the loose ends.
