Previous models from Cyberhome and Dansai used to have those 3 "features", not sure if the latest models do though. A good pointer to no macrovision is if the firmware can be upgraded by being flashed as these tend to re-enable what some retailers have asked to be removed before they'll stock it.

Asda do a budget model IIRC which handles 50Hz although I'm not sure about macrovision.

Well get yourself a new Sharp DV-740h then. They are still available and sell for about £130 new. As you can see from the dvdrhelp site they run with practically all media and formats. Are multiregion, rce and no macrovision with a cd firmware upgrade. More importantly they do ntsc to pal conversion better than almost any other player. Why not have a search around and see what you can find. The worst thing about the Sharp is it doesn't have digital optical output and early ones had poor loaders which weren't so good with reading the second dvd layer. Good features are dual scarts, pleasent slimline styling.

The only other player I know that is flashable and you can remove macrovision is the Cyberhome CH505 which sadly doesn't do ntsc 60hz to pal 50hz.

I'm sure there are other players about though which will give you the spec you want but more than likely they will be no brand chinese players. Which I'm not knocking as some of these are excellent its just finding information on how good they really are is time consuming.
