Each guitar will now be sold in advance of the shows, under the flimsy excuse of a meet and greet with Paul and him signing it for you. The price....$5,500
KISS have always loved $$$ and I've no problem with that, but this and the inflated price of Ł900 for the 'meet and greet experience' are really taking the urine. They'll be charging for the plectrums they throw out during the show next
This is what put me off Kiss, they are mega-whores!
I read that Gene book a while ago. Sex, Money, Kiss. Anyway, he identifies anyone who is after your hard earned as 'the enemy'. I guess that makes Kiss public enemy number 1 then.
Wish I'd got the ŁŁŁ to see a few more shows (Sheffield and Liverpool would be nice), but can't complain at seeing them 3 more times over the next couple of weeks
1st one I'll be at is Birmingham on the 5th (standing ticket). Anyone want to meet up there?
I'll then be at Manchester on 10th and London on 13th.
Still not sold out at Newcastle, standing and seated available. I've never seen Kiss at a gig that wasn't sold out
The entire back wall of the arena was empty when I saw them at Wembley in 1992. If you can get hold of the Kiss complete touring history book (at all good remaindered bookstores!) you'll see there are plenty of shows that don't sell out!
Well, Katie is after a shirt so I'm pleased there are kids ones with dates on. Mmm... I may end up getting the Destroyer shirt after all

Interesting, but I've still never seen them at a show that wasn't sold out
It is a pretty good book, there are nice sections in between the tour stats about each album/tour which make up a nice band history. It's also unofficial so it doesn't pull punches (especially concerning Eric Carr's illness and his fears that he would be fired).
