We were pretty average all over the place. City had very little ambition, we've played much better teams this year and won. I'd rather be Jose than Pep this summer.

Up until that point, I felt sure we were going to nick it.

I'm sure our display was exactly what Jose wanted; for all City's possession, they rarely worried De Gea, although had Aguero been on his game tonight it would have been different.

Fellaini was an absolute idiot there. If he hadn't butted Aguero he would have got away with the 2nd challenge. Did he also slap another City player before going off?

A good game to watch though not the best result from an LFC perspective

The back four were better than average, otherwise we'd have lost.

Lucky to get the point but City should be the most disappointed, virtually all the possession and only a point! There was a time when derby's were something to look forward to, an exciting and fierce battle to secure the bragging rights...no more for us it seems! How many times has Maureen complained about teams playing negatively and 'parking the bus'!

Give over. Other than Fellaini's soft head butt, I don't think there was a bad challenge in the game from either side.

There were loads of niggling fouls in the first half but the ref let them all go. It did look like he was favouring city at first, but then he ignored lots of our nonsense too.

I'm just a bit sad that it was all a bit chummy. Maybe we're both stitching up Liverpool.

The lino was spot on with a few tight decisions too, and the ref certainly didn't bow down to the home fans with any of the challenges in the box.

Now you are having a laugh. City littered bad challenges in the first half, I didn't watch the second because I predicted what would happen & it did. Your bunch are just overpaid cheats. 12 men against ten.

You can't comment on the second half if you didn't watch it.

For me, over the whole 90 minutes, only Fellaini's two were close to yellow cards, and I didn't think either deserved one.

I don't think so given what had gone on before. But that doesn't excuse him then turning into a complete idiot. I could accept the likes of Keane, Rooney or Cantona having the red mist - they were geniuses most of the time. Fellaini on the other hand is very good at chesting the ball. We could have nicked the three points at the end if it wasnt for him, utter loser.

Fellaini is an idiot, but he's getting games under his third united manager. They see something in him, I thought he was great at the weekend and did a decent enough job tonight until he blew up. I think he'll be there next season too.
