Indeed. Can't condone the behaviour of a few West Ham thugs that have probably not been near a game since 1982 but that's a separate issue to Utd deciding to pitch up late again. They wouldn't do it at a Champions League game so no excuses for this in the EPL.

Hold on a moment. The ref, as a representative of the fa, has put the game back. How do we know united weren't happy to go out at 7.45?

And Sullivan said that west Ham normally turn up at 6.30 for a 7.45 and it's only today they got there early. Did anyone tell united this?

Too many unknowns before you start getting on at united with your blinkers. One things for sure, it's easier to get into west Ham in a team coach than it is to get out of Anfield in an ambulance.

Regardless of the fact that United were late and shouldn't have been, I can't believe people are blaming them for the action of West Ham's hooligans, and especially one of their owners!

Well normally if you turn up on time there are a few people milling about trying to get an autograph or take a photo. If you turn up when 5000 people are in the street you are likely to get more of a reception.

A minority of football fans are idiots, hence away supporter coaches get police escorts, etc. They've hardly dragged them out of the bus and given them a kicking have they.

Simple answer, turn up on time.

If we lose this there'll be another coach getting stick thrown at him.

Can't watch it so following it on BBC. Sounds like we're not great, again.

Well. 45 mins to score at least twice, otherwise season is a complete failure, no matter what happens at Wembley. Can't really see a turnaround based on the first half.
