Pride

Firt digital shots I've done for over 2 years. And I still know camera raw like the back of my hand...

Just picked up the battery grip for my K10d today (Ł35 quid from jessops!)

Was just messing with the camera at Daniel's bath time and quite like the droplets:

unclerichy nice and abstract and full of the sun, love that first image.

Me went to my first Festival over the wekend, 3000+ images and I can say I got more than I ever expected (they are going to be a pig to edit so many) these are unedited, as I have no time to do so many I was just complaining about not getting many street shots anymore as I had fear, well Evolution Festival blew my fears away
Enforcers Eyes, security was poor if you ask me, they let people do anything!

Kid British saw them lingering around after a session on stage.

Little Boots, loved her! asked her to pose, sign and had a talk too, nice.

First it looked like a 1970's photo of some children on a doorstep, then I thought Instax hasn't been around that long, so unless Andy knows something about the lad I'm reading the photo wrong. Clicked the link and, damn, his work is very good.

Do like the DoF and colours in 1, 2 & 6 and the composition in the two b&w shots. Will add you to my flickr contacts.

Now we are six.

With apologies to AA Milne. Today our little girl is 6 years old. Here she is with her oldest friend, Lily, taken on Saturday afternoon.

Each day she grows into more complete, unique, utterly captivating individual. She's our fiercely competetive, strong-willed, bright, sparky, energetic, stroppy, happy, smiling, laughing, jumping, bouncing, leaping, cartwheeling, totally random, Cheerio-munching, Malteser-hunting, vegetable-refusing, loyal, sociable, day-dreaming, teddy-bear loving, it-has-to-be-pink, cuddly, bubbly-bath loving, sweet, elegant, athletic, argumentative, beautiful, adoring, reason-for-living little girl.

Happy birthday Jess, I couldn't love you more my angel.

Much prefer the colour than the B&W, i feel like we are missing out on seeing her eyes in the B&W. So, for me, the 3rd pic is best, by quite a margin.

Cheers Ray - they were taken different days and the colours the girls were wearing didn't really work in colour.

Little Boots - excellent and very atmospheric

Andy - that's so evocative of my childhood. Great shot.

Common - super set, lovely clarity.
