The Adventures of Pete and Pete

Who else watched this brillianlty surreal kids show on Nickeldeon? The more I think about it, the weirder it actually is! Artie the Strongest man in the world etc. Maybe a bit like an American "Round the Twist"? What are the folks that were in this doing now?

My favourite episode was the one with Pete's favourite underpants quality control inspector - the show was pure class!

I NEED TO SEE PETE AND PETE AGAIN! Just checked old fansites and brought back some great memories, like Mr. Tastee remember when he disappeared and there were sightings of him!

I never realised that Steve Buscemi, Iggy Pop, Michael Stipe amongst others were guests!

I cant believe all those people were guests!

I used to hate the show, but now, just remembering it, it brings back good memories.

The King of the road episode- that was when they went camping and his number plate of his car was 'KingO Froad' or something? And his rivals plate was 'Road King'!.

And remember the one where they battled for inheritance of a bowling ball?

And the one where little pete tried to stay awake for a week and all the other kids tried to join in too!

Mine arrived from dvdsoon yesterday. Not watched it yet, but I was surprised how many of the episodes I remembered just from the titles.

I got my set from DVDPacific last week. We haven't watched any yet, but are looking forward to do so. I know what you mean about the episode titles triggering the memories - wonder if it'll be as good as I remember?
