John Rambo

It's rumoured that the fourth Rambo film is to start filming in Thailand in January.
Rambo's recruited by a group of Christian human rights missionaries to protect them against pirates in Burma but when some of them are taken prisoner by sadistic Burmese soldiers, Rambo has to get together a team of mercenaries to rescue them ..... Yeah bring it on - love the Rambo films

Please let Bill Duke be one of them, and maybe get Carl Weathers out of retirement as well.

that sounds a lot better than "Rambo being a bodyguard and saving a kidnapped child", you need to give him another excuse to take on an army.

I like to kill Burmese soldiers whilst listening to the mellow sounds of David Gray on my ipod. I pray it'll never happen again.

I watched the Rambo: First Blood for the first ever last night, good film.

As far as I am aware Rambo II is a ridiculous shoot-em up no brainer action film and Rambo III is pretty naff, correct? They are both recorded on my Telewest HD box (from UK gold) so I might give them a go anyway.

Rambo 2 is a classic actioner. Watch out for the eyes in the mud scene!!! Rambo 3 sucks ass but is fun to watch in light of current events.

Rambo II is superb, easily one of the best action movies ever!

Rambo 3 is watchable. I always hated Richard Crenna in that, he's supposed to be the elite cournel who taught Rambo everything he knows but he fights like Roger Moore.

Guess I'll watch them at some point then.

We had a whole Stallone night. Rambo, Cobra and Demolition Man (One good film and two cheese fests)

Cobra was godawful, but funny.

Apparantly he turned down Beverly Hills Cop star in Cobra which he co wrote.I would think the original idea for BHC must have chaged when they brought in Eddie Murphy.

First Blood - Brilliant film

Rambo II - Awful tedious rubbish

Rambo III - Not as good as FB but miles better than Rambo II

I rest my case.

Think you got those last two the wrong way around.

Rambo 2 is a classic, starting the old his-so-hard-bullets-can't-even-touch-him genre. If you can forgive The A-Team you can forgive this. Rambo 3 is an embarrassment, I remember the in the cinema I saw it in everyone cracked up at the old chestnut 'Who am I? You worst nightmare'. Nd takes his invulnerability to ridiculous measures.

First Blood - bit tedious nowadays but very good

Christ, some of the lines in Rambo 2 are bad. Thats bird when she dies, 'you not forget me Ra-bbo!'....brought tears (of laughter) to me eyes.
Also Steve Berkoff!! What the hell was he thinking????

But its a fun film, looks and sounds great on my big screen so Ill forgive it.

The Third is crap tho. God knows how bad this new one will be. Should rename it for a start, looks too much like 'in the Japs eye' to me.
