Personally I think Stallone has the best potential out of the lot, he still has the phsyique and Rocky 5 and Rambo 3 are the weakest installments in both franchises, so the new movies can easily improve on the series!

and lets face it, Rocky fans are easily pleased, he practically recycled the same script for 3 sequels and people liked them!

Bring back 80s movie violence ! Cant remember the last film in which we see our hero blow chunks of a guy with his machine gun.

I now this is slightly off-topic, but speaking of 80's violence - I wish there was a film like robocop (the first one) being made - that was brilliant.

When I first saw the trailer thats exactly what I thought of - a possible Predator for the current generation.

The Rock is immensely talented he just needs that breakout role in a great movie to prove it to the masses.

The script for Die Hard 4 has been hurriedly altered, because the action-packed plot bore a chilling resemblance to the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana.

The movie originally featured massive tidal waves caused by a giant explosion swamping New Orleans - but the section is being reworked to erase all similarities to this month's ( September 05) tragedy.

An insider tells Scottish newspaper the Daily Record, "Everyone cringed when they read that part of the script.

"It's a good script and no doubt that scene on the Mississippi would have been spectacular, but there is no way it can be used."

Yeah, can't see Doom being that great. Have liked The Rock's work to date though, apart from the wrestling bit of course.

Just a shame it's directed by the same klutz who directed Cradle to the Grace, Exit Wounds and Romeo Must Die; creditable cinematographer but rubbish director, or maybe he's got a better editor this time round?

Id Schwarzenegger is signed up for True Lies 2 and T4, then how is he going to juggle that with his political career unless it is either a cameo appearance or he isn't planning on being re-elected?

Jamie Lee Curtis could carry a True Lies sequel (with Tom Arnold) but no way would it be in the same scale as the first one.

And do we finally get to see a feature-length Future War sequence with T4? After all, surely it is the only story left to tell. Mr Biehn, to the set PLEASE!

I'm looking forward to Rocky 6 and Rambo 4 especially.

Howver, T4 and DH4 are not films I would really look forward to as Arnie and Bruce Willis are not favs of mine.

There was talk a couple of years ago, of Verhoeven considering making another.
