Don't watch it then, ****ssake.

Why would I recommend it if I didn't think it was worth watching?

As with any other film the amount you like it, or not, will be subjective. If it sounds like your kind of genre give it a whirl. If it isn't steer clear! I have a fairly high tolerance for horror guff so give most things the benefit of the doubt before watching.

Personally this wasn't guff and I enjoyed it.

I thought Starry Eyes had an interesting premise and a good central performance but ultimately it was all a little hard to swallow and dragged badly in the middle for me. It's more a drama/thriller than a horror as well. Though it does get nasty towards the end.

Men, Women & Children (Jason Reitman's latest) is on Netflix USA.

Monster's University on Netflix UK for those not multi-region capable.

Well I watched it and I disagree with your take on it. Didn't personally see the harm in asking if it was a decent horror film or decent film full stop. There are plenty of decent genre films that don't appeal unless you're a fan of that genre.

Took the opportunity to catch up on xmen first class and days of future past eventually as well on netflix canada, decent enough superhero films, a bit more thought than the usual just level a city plotline that's standard fare these days.

Stick to your superhero films then. Jesus Christ, I'm not going to lose any sleep over the fact you disagree with my recommendation. Subjective tastes!

You pays yer money (or not, in the case of Netflix), you take yer choice..

Just finished watching this. What an incredible film. I personally rate this over 2001 which I always found hard to enjoy. Watched this with a smile on my face almost all the way through.

What About Bob? on Netherlands and Belgium. One of Murray's best IMO

I think it's been mentioned on here before, but as this is still a recommendation thread () - we watched Prisoners (Netflix Canada) today and both enjoyed it.

Thanks.

Been on my "want to watch but bloody impossible to find" list for ages.

Watching it tonight and going to be interesting I'm sure

Thanks

===== EDIT=====

Wow... Just finished watching it.
That has to rate up there alongside the hardest movies I've had to force myself to watch till the end.

Ukrainian sign language drama The Tribe has been added to Amazon Instant Video. It won't be to everyone's tastes, but there's no denying its uniqueness. Pretty tough watch, mind, and not just because there aren't any subtitles.
