After the increasingly disappointing seasons 2 and 3, I'm not sure I can bring myself to give a **** anymore.

Maybe they can salvage the series with more scenes delving into Brody's wife's relationship with his best mate, or better still follow the daughter's adolescent misadventures.

Re: Homeland - Season 4

Series 2 was poor, 3 rubbish, not bothering with 4.

This is why I rarely watch shows until they've been out for a few years now.

Still half way through season 3 and not in a great rush to finish it, although I'm sure I will.

Season 2 was a struggle. It should have ended with Brody blowing himself up at the end of Season 1 (as it was clearly supposed to until the ratings took off).

Watched the first episode of Season 3 about 6 months ago & didn't get any further.

I agree it should have been a once season only show, or at least a totally different story line that didn't involve Brody for a second season.

I'm too far involved now, will have to watch S4. Tbh, I've come to the show very late (I've watched S1-3 this year) but have really enjoyed all of the seasons, even if 2 & 3 are not quite up there with the tension in S1.

No idea what they're gonna do now in S4 though!

Well, what a cracking start to S4. Terrific opener (scary as hell), followed by a blinding opening to pt2 (by the pool)... remind me not to drink.

This is so much better without a Brodie storyline. I'm very interested in where this will go.

It's not a race to see who can see it first , a lot of things have changed now as far as tv shows being shown here in the UK and being shown in the states , I could understand if there was a six month gap , but a week , can't see the point ...... Just my opinion of course

There's nothing of a race about it - it's actually easier for me to watch it by download than on TV. It automatically downloads and is sat on my media server in HD without ads without any human intervention whatsoever. On top of that I can then watch it on my iPad or the TV in any room in the house - something I can't do if I put it on my sky+...

What do you mean by automatically downloads. Is there a program that automatically sources new episodes without having to search for the latest episode, manually?
