You're kidding, that's not cool?

I saw an interview with him, on Jimmy Kimmel I think, where he threw tomahawk axes he made himself whilst holding a beer. Momoa is both cool and mental at any given moment, you're gif further proves that.

Sigh, it's just all green screen in the dark. This is where Avengers killed it. Proper light setting in the final battle. All there on screen, visible. Looks real. This just looks like more dark CGI

After Man of Steel and Batman vs Superman it's hard to get my hopes up for this.

Trailer didn't even look that great to me, though more humour might go someway to making the film more tolerable.

Still seems like there's lots of slow-mo, particularly with Wonder Woman and we've already seen a lot of that in BvsS and also the trailer for the Wonder Woman movie.

This.

An absolutely god awful trailer. Killed what little enthusiasm I had for it.

I think it looks like fun, but I don't care for the visual style of it. It just fuels this already-daft popular misconception that DC is "dark and gritty" and Marvel is "light and fluffy". Anyone who's read more than half a dozen comics would tell you that neither publishing house is tonally symbiont.

When people say that, they are talking about the cinematic universes not the comics or cartoons.

Marvel's is unquestionably more light and fluffy than what's come out of the DC cinematic universe thus far.

Because the Marvel films appear to have no delusions about the films they're making, DC movies are almost unbearably pretentious.

Comic book wise there's Batman who can work as all dark and can also work bright and silly then there's everyone else in DC who only work big and silly.

The DC movies done write should aim the kind of feel The Guardians of the galaxy pulled off.

Talk about throw all the **** you can and hope something sticks.

Looks bloody awful bar Affleck's Batman who I really would like to see in his own film ala Nolan world.

I'm still amazed that after all this time that Zack Snyder still thinks that in order to make a film dark and moody, you just turn the brightness down and chuck in a load of slow motion.
BvS and Suicide Squad were, for me, both utterly dismal experiences I have to say that this trailer has not made me think that DC have now produced anything more appealing. Hopefully, Wonder Woman will buck the trend.

Nope. I've seen many times idiots defending the DCEU because they think it's faithful to the tone of the comics.

In fairness to DCEU you only have to pop over to Bluray.com forums to see that an awful lot of (most american) posters think their films are high art, the very definition of intelligent mainstream filmmaking that perfectly represents the lofty themes of the comics. I can only assume 90% of them aren't a day over 20yrs old (and pig thick).
