Sad to see the once-lovely Megan Mullally is ageing into Michelle Forbes

New episode is brilliant. When Tom bursts out of the door and fires the shotgun, I don't think I've laughed so much in ages

I like the way they haven't made Leslie an out + out idiot like they often do with Michael in The Office.

There's some damn good US sitcoms at the moment -Probably the strongest batch i can remember. (Has their ever been 3 great and one good sitcom all shown on one channel on one night before?) And for me Parks and Recreation is the best of the lot.

Every episode just seems to trump the previous great episode.

It's certainly pushing past The Office in terms of laughs-per-episode.

And Better Off Ted starts up again in December, another brilliant show.

Is that next week's episode? This one was the usual length, 22 mins.

Folks still watching this?

I thought it was good this week. Andy finally turned out good at something. Although the "who's Dean Martin" joke was done once too often I think.

I liked the old ladies recognising Ron as Duke Silver and him denying it. Nice episode linkage there.

It's by far my favourite half-hour comedy show this season. Much more consistent than the likes of 30 Rock & even The Office.

I've also fallen in love with April, which helps.

This is turning out to be a great little show. Monday and Thursday nights are an embarrassment of riches when it comes to TV.

This week's Possum episode was comedy GOLD from start-to-finish. Highlights include Andy tackling the possum & the Ronson Code!

I liked the cut to Ron sawing through the building code manual. And then later him trying to read the two halves.

Andy just crashed out on the floor due to "Shoe Shine Brain" or whatever he called it.

Tom's various golfing outfits

Leslie and her task force "coming through" on the golf course - and the two idiots "stop hanging yourself", "no you stop hanging yourself"

And of course Leslie choosing what her mayoral favour would be, and then even though it was obvious for the entire rest of the episode that it was going to happen, the mayoral assistant snatching the card back off Leslie's desk

The show is pretty amazing. The first Season is the definition of 'meh' though it has some laughs. Season 2 though has been firing on all cylinders once they decided to stop making Leslie into Michael Scott.

The earlier episode when Ron gets his shoeshine was sublime.

It's quality. You can well imagine it hangin about with R2-D2. And when the fan is switched on it looks like it's scanning for life-forms like R2-D2 does on the ice world of Hoth when Luke Skywalker goes missing. Quality in moton. The other day it disappeared. I said, "where's the bag-l gone? have the jawas come to pick it up in the sandcrawler?" to which one of the girls in the office replied, "No, Les the porter!" —Captainchode

Watched the first episode a few weeks ago and now I've watched them all! Wow.. brilliant series. Can take or leave Mark & Ann but the rest of the characters are fantastic..

Have developed a serious crush on Amy Poehler...!

One of the characters is leaving the show but they have lined up some very interesting replacements http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/ustv/new...ecreation.html Do not click if you do not want to know who is leaving and who is joing the cast.

I love this show, Tom and Ron really steal it but they have some great supporting characters. There doesn't seem to be much love for Ann or Mark but they help to keep the show grounded and it does help that Ann is smoking hot.

Also love the April and Andy story line but come on how can such a nice hot and clever chick fall for Andy?
