I might forget to post after I see them, but I'm seeing Within Temptation and Evanescence at the O2 in April and Bastille ReOrchestrated at Hampton Court Palace in June.

Providing nothing gets cancelled due to the Coronavirus I’m off to the O2 in June to see Queen and Adam Lambert. Always regret turning down a chance to see them live with Freddie so looking forward to this.

I once turned down a glass of champagne. That’s why I’m now drinking a cup of stale urine.

It's not an opinion I'd necessarily air in polite conversation (because my opinion matters not a jot) but Steve Diggle traipsing round the country as Buzzcocks seems a little sad.

I've only got this lot lined up at the moment.

The Sisters of Mercy
Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Rammstein
Deep Purple
The Chats
The Stranglers

I also might be off to see The Wants on Sunday

I've just added Genesis in Leeds to my list. Stupidly expensive though

I'll be at the 6music festival events at the Roundhouse in Camden on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Trying to slim down this years gig going to save £££, though some of the All Points East lineups are very tempting.

cheers

Half man half biscuit again tonight... Seems to be the only band I see these days, although I did venture out to see the Subhumans a while back

I was at the second night. Never seen DT live before and only really been listening to them for the last couple of years. Saw lots of people moaning about LaBrie's voice in the lead up so wasn't sure what to expect.

Absolutely loved it. Very entertaining. Didn't find too much wrong with his voice but then again that album he was only on stage for 10 % of it. I did however find him very odd to watch.

Gigs lined up

Fish @ Islington Probably
Magnum @ Islington Probably
Hazel O'Connor and Toyah @ Islington Probably
GNR @ Tottenham
Pearl Jam @ Hyde Park

As nothing will be happening for a bit I got the new dates for Nick Cave - next April so by the time we hopefully see them "someone" will have had my 200 quid (along with many others) in their bank for nearly 2 years.

On the whole I buy tickets last minute.

My booked gigs are gradually being shifted to next year but I've still got 3 in my 2020 diary, The Stranglers, Steve Hackett & Genesis.

I'll be astonished if any of them take place.

Yeah, those band members won't be allowed out of their care homes till at least 2021.
