Dark - the final season drops tomorrow (27th)

I think I need a rewatch of S1 and S2 before I delve into the last episodes!

Thanks for the heads up, I had no idea it was dropping.

I only finished season 2 at Christmas so maybe I can get by with just watching the last episode again. But your totally right I struggled at the beginning of S2 as I couldn't remember who was who.

Watched this tonight and enjoyed it. It's basically a Eurovision ****-take and like any good parody, much of the action wouldn't look out of place in the real setting! I'll bet Will Ferrell had a right laugh coming up with some of those song/artist names.

On the website at least Amazon have finally introduced profiles so you can have separate watchlists, viewing activity, kids only stuff etc.

The app on my Android TV doesn't seem to support them though. Haven't checked the Gen 1 FireTV box I have.

Really enjoyed season 1 of The Sinner with Bill Pullman, was a show which just passed me by when it originally aired.

Yes - I just heard about this too. S2-3 are apparently not really worth it though (I suppose like True Detective).

I quite enjoyed season 2, Carrie Coon is great in it. A couple of episodes in S3 and it seems ok so far but like S2 probably needs 3-4 eps to get going.

Is The Sinner a teen horror/thriller or a 'proper' thriller? Always been put off thinking it was the former.

Please no one watch this though, it might be the worst film I've seen in the last 20 years! Watch the previous Rambo film, at least that's just some stuff going for it!

So has last blood, the bit in the long grass at the beginning is the best bit of the film, yet that had been cut in some versions!

If you mean the series, then no it's not a teen show. I've only seen S1 but it was very good.

Watched The Old Guard tonight. Great concept, execution left a little too be desired with a bit of amateur hour in the directing department. But still really enjoyable, there a few glaring (look to closely and it doesn't make sense) holes in the script but I just love the idea so much.

Felt like the first episode of a TV show then a movie. So many possibilities for a sequel.

4K UHD version of Blade Runner 2049 is available on Amazon Prime. Just checked & picture quality is excellent but unfortunately no HDR or DV...

Not sure if it's been on BBC properly yet, but went through the 6 episodes of "Staged" with David Tenant and Martin Sheen on iPlayer.
Filmed through lockdown and plenty of LOL moments.

The music seemed to be a choice as well?

I thought The Old Guard was awful.

That music didn't help.

It had a lot of potential but was just a cheap, generic, "superhero", action thriller.
