Funny Games isn't that nasty and it's a totally awful film to boot.

I agree with The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original obviously). Also Cannibal Holocaust is pretty revolting.

Turn all the lights off and watch Sleepaway Camp on your own. Great ****-you-up ending.

I also recommend:

Body Count
Black Christmas
(original 70s version)
Prison
Living Dead at the Manchester Morgue
Stage Fright
Death Weekend
(not so much scary, but good edge-of-the-seat stuff)

It was one of the two... I just remember being creeped out by it.... that's all though, could be completely wrong

Childs Play aways creeps me out but then again, anything to do with kids does

You wanna be scared?

Then cut to the chase & watch the most frightening film ever made.

It's called "Repulsion" & was directed by Roman Polanski.

I love Holocaust. It's just SO wrong. Great depressing atmosphere.

Watching it is like watching a really dodgy pr0n flick. You hope nobody catches you as you won't be able to defend it

The Descent really made me jump several times...

but dont think I would describe it as truly scary, Ringu and Salems Lot are two things I will never watch again.

28 Weeks Later is pretty damn scary/disturbing. I kind of want/don't want to sit through it again.
