I need some help setting up Netflix - can anybody help please...?
Only joking! We watched Wild (Netflix Canada) and it was very good. One of the best films I've seen for a while. Seemed like a long, epic film, but in a good way - if that makes any sense? Reese Witherspoon has never been better.
Just noticed Behind The Candelabra has appeared on Netflix Germany. Quite fancy that for something different to watch.
And Serpico on Brazil for anyone yet to see it!

Serpico is on UK or US, has been for ages. I liked Wild, but thought Witherspoon's acting was better than the film was..

Oh yeah, so it is! I rarely go back to UK (and USA here is mostly used for TV stuff such as Grey's Anatomy/NCIS) so hadn't seen it on those regions. That'll learn me!

And talking of USA TV stuff, The Blacklist Season 2 is now up on Netflix USA according to whatsnewonnetflix.com. First season was complete nonsense but went down well in this household.

I really enjoyed the of Adaline, kind of peters out at the end but loved the premise of the whole thing.
I watched Once on Amazon over the weekend, a bit old but I had never heard of it and found it very charming with a few great songs.

I watched Dear White People at the weekend - enjoyed it a lot; it's witty & moves along at a nice pace, and just like the 'message', it takes knowing, affectionate, and not so affectionate digs at everyone, regardless of race.
Very entertaining, and nice to watch a quality flick that doesn't seem to have had much fanfare.

Saw Almost Famous on Netherlands the other night (it was on BBC 3 in stereo only) and had forgotten just how charming it was.

Les Combattants (a.k.a. Love At First Fight) now on Netflix USA. I remember this sounded pretty good when it was reviewed a few months ago!

As recommended before on here - the original french version of "The Next Three Days" - "Anything for her" on Japan. Has no subtitles, so thats a no go.

Had to look it up as I haven't seen the extended version, but it was 2 hours 3 minutes,
which Orac has already said is the theatre version.

The excellent Starry Eyes is now on UK if there's anyone that doesn't region switch.
I don't normally recommend stuff for UK only if it's already elsewhere, but it's a gem and deserves another mention.

I'm one of those who don't region switch at all. So many thanks for the heads up.

Blurb sounds dreadful and it's rated one star, is it honestly worth a watch or is it just a decent horror hamfest?
