 He's working wonders!
Really should have brought Cesc back, he's better than any of our (fit or unfit) midfielders.

If we'd have brought him back, he'd have been crocked by now too probably!
Let's just hope we get through the international break unscathed... How good does Per's international retirement look now?!

So Kos needs "considerable rest", so I guess this means Chambers at CB & Bellerin at RB. But isn't Chambers banned for Saturday?
Ozil out for at least 6 weeks (can probably read that as 12 weeks!), Ramsey back training next week & Theo plays for the U21 team tomorrow.

The French team sent him home with an achilles injury.

Aye. Chambers out for one match for getting five yellow cards which will probably mean back four of Gibbs, Monreal, Per, Bellerin. Getting a bit thin on the ground back there.
Could be buying Hummels at some point, though.

Don't know if you saw the goal that Republic of Ireland scored against Germany night before last but Hummels was at fault, so he'd fit right in with us at the Emirates

So today is technically the start of our 'easy' run of games but with the back four that needs to be used, it's going to be far from easy I feel. Nothing ever is! If our attack clicks though, we should get a win...
Nice to see Theo and Gnabry make their returns last night. Seems the latter has bulked out a bit, but not in a good way according to reports on Twitter from people who were there.

Well that was terrible! The ref was abysmal, but then so were we. Why wait for injury time to start showing a bit of urgency?

New draw specialists clearly. I like the fight, but wish we didn't have to show it! Started really brightly, got the goal but then completely deflated once Hull equalised. Awful second half from the moment of their second, but at least didn't lose. Need to start turning these draws into wins. Not that I had any expectations of winning the league, yet still disheartened to see Chelsea 11 points ahead already.

Just watched MotD and was shocked to see so many empty seats when Hernandez scored - if I was paying up to Ł2k for a season ticket I'd make sure I saw every minute!

Often happens not because of apathy, but because there's so many people that stream out at half time and queues are continuous for food/drink and toilets!

I never leave my seat at half time... unless I'm absolutely busting

Unbelievably lucky after a woeful performance, but I'll happily take the 3 points.

Yep, atrocious performance last night but nice to be on the opposite side of that sort of result. The most worrying thing for me was how much we lost it when they went 1-0, it's no exaggeration to say that they could have gone 2 or 3 up. Martinez made a decent save at 1-0 though and wasn't at fault for the goal, could have been in a sticky situation when Suarez went through after Monreal fell over though.
Perhaps this could be the win that kickstarts the team. They don't seem to enjoy the 4-1-4-1 formation though.

After Sunderland getting a hammering last week, I expected them to be much better against us & so it was. We were very poor though, far too sloppy & much too slow. Fortunate that Sunderland slipped twice to gift us the goals otherwise we wouldn't have scored in a month of Sundays! Santi continuing his quest to hit row Z I see Alexis currently our only player playing anywhere near good enough imo. But still, a much needed 3 points.

Wenger not buying any defenders is going to cost you. I read Gibbs got injured again today.

Imagine this season without Sanchez! Horrifying thought.
Gibbs got a knock on his hip apparently. Might mean soon that Flamini has to recreate his 2006 heroics at LB. At least with all the injuries, then Wenger will surely strengthen in January, won't help this season but will for future seasons.
