How anyone can think UC2 is not 'fun' is beyond me. TR is a great game but UC2 is on another level. I would also argue that the combat in both is pretty mediocre, but TR has *that* bow, which nudges it ahead. The gun-play is nothing special at all.

Nathan Drake is just a boring protagonist. For all his quips, he's like the milk and water action hero, utterly devoid of charisma. And the stories are tedious too.

But the set-pieces are magnificent. I enjoyed all three games - on a spectacle front, nothing matches them - but I always forget about them afterwards and they leave no lasting impression.

I imagine U4 will be one of the finest games of this generation, a real showcase for the hardware, but I can't muster up any enthusiasm for it at all.

Tomb Raider was fun but the entire origin of Laura on that island was pretty grim. Drake is much more happy go lucky even in a gunfight.

UC3 is the weakest of the series IMO, enjoyed the Vita game a lot more. UC gun-play has always been a little clunky. Don't really like to judge without a controller in my hands but looks pretty much the same although they do appear to have worked on the melee, so hoping combos will improve things.

2 was certainly the high point, hopefully 4 will be back on form & any involvement from the TLOU team can only be a good thing

Thank you. Even on my fibre connection, the YouTube footage was constantly buffering. Now I can finally watch it properly!

I agree, if they'd have delayed Driveclub and released it as it is now I imagine it'd have got 8-9s across the board.
