My mum had �800 for donkeys years and got the occasional win. She died last year so I left the bonds running for the year that you are allowed to keep them going after death. I the �800 back in March followed by �25 for a win in the last draw it was in.

The odds are going down again. On Moneybox today they said for those with the full 50k in then the likely odds are going down from 23 possible wins a year to 20..
