Cricket: Pakistan v England One Day Series
Going into the unknown a bit here but the series starts early tomorrow. Not quite sure what to except but some of the batsman haven't see the world alight so far on the tour. I suppose the main question is will England play two spinners ?

I don't think they will purely because they like having 3 seamers and won't want to lengthen the tail any more than they have to.
Had Bresnan been fit they'd have been more likely to bring Monty in as Broad, Bresnan and Swann are all capable with the bat, but with Anderson and one of Finn, Onions or Tremlett they're not going to want to carry Monty as well.
Personally, I'd like to see them drop a batsman for Monty, who's shown he's in form, but I can't see it.

42-3 as we struggle against spin again! Bell/KP need to get us a foothold in this game. Not playing a 2nd spinner is just baffling based on the past games out here. Smacks of a touch of arrogance from us.
EDIT: Forget that - Bell gone and England in a world of trouble. Bell taken out by Ajmal 
EDIT: About to be 5 down on a review against KP
EDIT: England are 4-4 vs spin off 58 balls. Pathetic work from the top order.

Yes they are in the ground but in smaller numbers than usual and there are
a few areas where you can buy beer, but at a price.

139-7 at Tea - a sort of recovery from 94-7. A long way to go before we're slightly competitive. Still some hope with Prior and Swann still batting but with Tremmers and Jimmy A left, its pretty much all on those two to get us a decent total.
EDIT: Swann bowled so bang goes that plan
