Placebo - MTV Unplugged (1 h 14 min) 2015 = great !
The sound quality is decent (although too subtle a 5.1 mix for me) and the visuals are amazing when they get going. Some excellent re-workings of a near-perfect setlist (imo), and not simply acoustic (in fact, not 100% acoustic at all). Would have been incredible being there, although not too close!
On the 19th of August 2015, Placebo performed a unique one-off show for MTV Unplugged at the London Studios in the UK. Here we present the results of this incredible show.
The band were encased in spectacular LED box during the performance, from where they belted out some of their most well-loved tracks such as 'The Bitter End' and 'Every You Every Me.'

I’ve recently discovered a whole new music genre but my favourite from it so far is Gunship. Pure 1980s nostalgia and it is so damn good.

Oh Yeah GUNSHIP are great. The video (and song) for When You Grow Up, Your Heart Dies is brilliant.

After Gunship, I would say The Midnight are the obvious next choice.

Gunship threw me down a synth wave rabbit hole a couple of years back, of the many other like-minded artists I discovered, I especially latched on to Neon Nox
Less vocals and more retro - instrumental synth with a bit of widdly-widdly guitar, but still oozing that 80s nostalgia vibe.
