Been having a listen to some classic albums that i've never got round to before.

George Harrision - All Things must pass. Very very good and certainly the best solo Beatle album i've heard.

Young Marble Giants - Colossal Youth. Sounds like some new hipster band Pitchfork would wet themselves over rather than a 30 year old album.

Still keep being drawn back to Kasabian's latest effort... usual few dull fillers, but overall a very decent album I think

Okay, the year's drawing to a close and I'm just getting into Braids' album Native Speaker and (particularly) Dutch Uncles with Cadenza.

The latter's probably making a late break for my albums of the year.

The Black Keys are making a very late entry for best album of the year. Certainly best 'RAWK' album of the year.

Been listening to a lot of Roachford recently...I found out he had 2 albums out this year which I missed. So I have ordered them and dug his older albums out to listen to whilst I wait for the new ones to arrive!

A fantastic singer and lyricist...sadly he he massively under-rated IMHO!
