well read it all. amazing 
(actually, snuck in chapter 1 and the prologue at lunchtime, good so far, not seen any reviews anywhere though. I have highlighted the identity of "the one who we assume is good but will in fact BE BAD" already to myself. just in case this book is identical to the last 2

Ice Station was written by Matthew Reilly. 
They have a similarly easy style in terms of their easy readability, but Reilly is infinitely more entertaining than Mr Brown.
