Hero R2 Question

Hero R2 arrived today from ScreenSelect, and it's all in English with American actors putting on Chinese style voices

It actually looks like they're talking in English but most of the voices sound poorly dubbed - did they overdub it or something? I was expecting Chinese/Mandarin language with English subs.

Don't I feel silly

The default audio is English dubbed without subs

Strikes me as the default should be Chinese w/ English subs for a R2 release. Oh well.
