Unhappy Slow Burn Speeds
Hi

I've just used for the first time some Philips 16x DVD-R with disappointed results.

I've a Pioneer109 Drive, and Nero 6 (6.3.1.25)

The first Disc I set to "Maximum" it set itself to x4 (14:04)
The second attempt to "16x" upon which I got the "Can only write to x4 on current Disc"

What Gives

Any Help appreciated

First port of call would be to try updating the firmware on your Pioneer109 to the latest and secondly apply any updates to nero.

Suspect it'll be the drives firmewar not recognising the media properly though.

Of course

Just done a restart and I believe the Drives version is 1.09

What is the latest (wouldn't mind a multi-region firmware Update)

Problem probably lies with the 1.09Firmware I currently have.
