I had a Fire TV Box where the remote died, it was out of warranty so I asked if they could order me a new remote. They said they had none in stock but could swap the whole thing out and I'd return the old one free of charge.
At this point I was really impressed with their CS, the box turned up no problem! I sent the old one back.
Just checked what they did.
They charged me for a new box and refunded the original one, since the old card has expired they gave me £49 in vouchers and charged me £60 to my card.
THey don't seem to see the issue when I've e-mailed them.
I never gave them permission to do this. anything I can do?
