I thought Alex James was a great host. Great to see Peter Serafinowicz on the panel too! I loved the 'Cheeses & Dairy Chain' round too!

that's the bits i really hate. this isnt supposed to be a bloody chat show! it's a comedy quiz. if i wanted to watch this kinda crap i'd switch to the One Show or that fawning ****face Jonathan Woss. this kind of BS would never have happened when Lamarr was running things. although Amstell used to occasionally let this kind of crap occur just before he was about to leave the show.

Occasionally? Try constantly. That's the main reason it went rapidly downhill with him. He spent three quarters of the show having dull 'funny banter' with this week's pop person. Completely ruined the show.
Anyhoo, I didn't think this week's was that bad. Bits of it did scream 'trying too hard' though.
The Darth Maul bit cracked me up.

Hooray, an episode I found funny and would definitely watch again. Which is something I can rarely say about the Buzzcocks. I like Alex James more personable style.

Oh Christ, I think he's the posh sounding 'comedian' that managed to ruin an episode of Charlie Brooker's new quiz show for me. He's been on the fringes of Mock the Week.
One to miss for me

I enjoyed last nights. Alex James came across really well. Didnt get the rant above about 5 mins promoting stuff
But agree, Rhod was very funny. Had never really seen him before, may have to make an effort when he next tours

That was terrible. The presenter person, who's name I can't remember, is not at all good. Frank Skinner should be okay next week though.

He appeared to be doing a pretty lame Simon Amstell impression for most of the evening.

Phil Jupitus, Noel Fielding and Jack Whitehall ........ If I was given the task to chose 3 of the most unfunniest "comedians" I couldn't have done a better job than that. **** me.
