just been twiddling with my index page of my web pages using html & css
Ive noticed 3 things which someone may be able to quickly help me with

what i need help with is...[list=1][*]the border of the div on the right hand side seems to fall short of the last image (professor)... how can I ensure it contains all elements within it?
[*]There is a link for Alan Robson which although shows a different colour will not change or act as a hyperlink. How do I set the link to work (at the mo it is within a paragraph within a div
[*]constructive critisism/ suggestions of my site is welcome plus recomendations for other css sites you find useful[/list=1]
