Jaws OOP?
Anyone know why Jaws is Out Of Print? Is another special edition being released or do you think I should go for the current OOP disc off eBay

How do you know its OOP? If its just cos some guy off Ebay says it is, then it probably isn't. It seems to be available from Amazon and Amazon's marketplace:confused:

As this is a Universal title there may be a delay in Universal UK rereleasing the DVD now the distribution deal with Columbia has expired. They are gradually rereleasing the titles but seen no mention of Jaws.
If they have not yet rereleased it then it just depends who has any old Columbia stock left as they won't be able to get any more.

Or even http://www.playusa.com/playusa.asp?p...=R1&title=5785
I've got the R2 disc with the DD5.1 is it worth getting the DTS version?
This is the best film ever made...

The R2 is OOP according to the R2 supplier who replaced all my R2 DVD's when toerags thieved off with them...
But I got a Ł20 cheque instead for each one that was OOP so I wasn't too fussed

I remember hearing at the time it came out that the documentary is half the running time it was on the LD and people speculated there would be a 2 disc eventually.

Yeah, a bit early for them to be making it OOP. 30th anniversary is 2005, isn't it?
