Please no Cards Against Humanity.
If you want something in the same vein that actually requires some creativity, I'd consider
Funemployed! (

Other suggestions for family friendly party games are:
-
Cash 'n Guns is quite a bit of fun. You are all mafiosis trying to accumulate the most loot while getting to point foam guns at the other players.

-
Codenames or
Codenames Pictures. 2 teams compete to be the first to uncover all the spies from the other side.

-
The Resistance is a classic, but always good. easy to grasp and works well with last groups.

-
One Night Ultimate Werewolf (though it can fall flat with some groups if nobody tries and chat about it at the end).

- If you want a simpler card game that everybody can learn, which is surprisingly fun and which can play up to 8, I'd recommend
Fuji Flush. It sounds too simple to be fun, and yet it's awesome. It plays up to 8 and is better the bigger the group.

Others like
Dixit and
Mysterium are awesome but are more limited group size wise and are also quieter. Not as good a fit for party games.
There are many others. Hard to make a list without knowing what type of game you'd prefer.
